Purchase & Health Guarantee

 The following agreement is between, DOODLES OF YOUR DREAMS referred hereafter as “Breeder” and the buyer(s), __________________ for the sale and purchase of one puppy as described_________________ Breeder transfers ownership of the dog described above to the purchaser(s) only when the agreed upon price is paid in full.  Price is _____________The $500 deposit is  non-refundable as noted , however transferrable up to two times to future litters, if desired.  Deposit was paid on______________________________, in the amount of $500.  Remaining balance to be paid at time of exchange of dog on__________ or agreed upon date, in Waco Texas.

1. Buyer understands Breeder cannot guarantee the health of any animal they sell except as noted below in Section C.  All dogs are examined by a veterinarian at 5-6 weeks of age.  The animal is believed to be in good health at the time of sale. Buyer is required to take the puppy to a veterinarian of their choice, within 3-5 days of purchase to have a wellness check.  If the puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian as unhealthy at the time of this examination,  the live puppy may be returned for a replacement puppy of choosing by the buyer.   The return must be accompanied by a written report from the examining veterinarian. Please contact the breeder immediately if any illness or anomaly is detected.  Breeder is not responsible for veterinarian fees acquired, unless approved prior to exam by veterinarian.

2. Buyer understands this puppy has been treated with veterinarian approved vaccines and medications to prevent Parvo, Coccidiosis, Hypoglycemia, Parasites (worms), and bacterial maladies. The Seller does not warrant against these maladies, as these are common to dogs and treatable.

3. Life threatening genetic defects are warranted for 2 years from date of birth. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a genetic defect the breeder will replace the puppy with the first available puppy of comparable value. No replacement will be made on a deceased puppy until written documentation supporting the claim is provided by a veterinarian.

4. All puppies have been dewormed, up to date on vaccines,  vet checked and microchipped.  Dew claws are also removed.

5. Seller retains all breeding rights. If a buyer desires to have Breeding Rights  this is an additional $5,000.00.  Buyer will provide proof of spay/neutering by age of 9 -12months. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $5,000.00 to be paid immediately to Seller._______ Buyer’s Initials

6. Buyer agrees that the $500 deposit is NON-refundable, however is transferrable twice to other litters.
